3 - 5 years+ | Full market rent paid often 10% - 15% above |
Yearly rental increase | Tenant responsible for internal repairs |
Alternatively a more flexible solution can be reached under a management agreement whereby a baseline rent is agreed and a revenue share split on an occupational basis.
